  1. Mix together Mayo, dill, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside.

  2. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.

  3. Lightly butter cut the side of the buns

  4. Heat griddle on a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add rolls, buttered-side down to griddle, and cook until golden, about 1-2 minutes.

  5. Spread the mayo mixture over the bottom of each bun.

  6. Divide ingredients among sandwiches, starting with Lobster, avocado, and lettuce.

  7. Cover with buns.
