When we talk about switching up our routine, our thoughts immediately go to something along the lines of curbing our appetites, fixing a vice, or correcting an outward behavior with therapy or exercise. What if I told you switching up the seasoning to your food could awaken your tastebuds and have the same effect on you as switching up a major life routine.

For me, chicken is a healthy alternative to red meat. It is indeed low in saturated fat, high in protein, and contains higher amounts of omega-6 fatty acids than other animal meats. That sounds great and all. I could not tell you how many times I have cooked chicken and how many ways I have done it. Baked. Fried. :

This recipe is a win-win Great for meal prep or just a quick dish. -GTG

You can make this chicken-rubb-down-recipe-chicken-rubb recipe for the air fryer or the oven. Either way, it will always come out delicious.
