People from all age groups just love this mixed berry sorbet recipe.
Since you guys are such a fan of my Sherberts. I decided to share with you this summer's frozen treats. It's refreshing and it's super easy to make it is a Mixed Berry Punch sorbet. :

Mixed Berry Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg.(3oz) Jell-O strawberry Flavor
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/4 cup lemon juice (prefrably fresh)
2 Tablespoon Kool-Aid Tropical Punch (sugar sweetened) drink mix.
1/4 cup Fresh raspberries
1/4 cup Fresh Blackberries
1/4 cup Fresh Watermelon
1 (8-10) Cool whip topping
Cooking Directions
Add 1/4 cup boiling water to combined 1/2 cup sugar and Jell-o in a medium bowl. Stir for two minutes or until completely dissolved.
Stir in 1 1/2 cup of cold water, 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice, and 2 Tablespoons of Kool Aid Tropical Punch flavor sugar sweetened drink mix.
Pour into a freezer-poof 9 inch square dish. Freeze for 1 1/2 hours or until it is thick.
Stir the gelatin mixture. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Use a fork to flake with before scooping into dessert dishes.
Top each serving with mixed berries and cool whip topping.
Serving: 8
