Get that natural glowy look by eating this salad...

Spring is a great time to get back in touch with nature and eat a much more healthy, balanced diet. Winter and Fall can have you craving lots of sugary food items. This Spring I aspire to give you some great Salad recipes that I hope you will incorporate into your meals.

Not only are they easy to make and delicious, but salads are a great way to incorporate vitamins you may not be getting. Not to mention it does wonders for your hair, skin, and nails.

This can definitely help you obtain that summer glow all the popular influencers are talking about.-GTG

This Arugula salad is one of my favorite salads to make. It has a low-calorie count and the berries that are added are loaded with good antioxidants our bodies need to fight a variety of diseases, including lung, skin, and cervical cancer; heart disease; high blood pressure, and age-related mental decline.

Let me know how it came out in the comment section.
