March Edition

Updated: Mar 7

March is in full bloom let's see what recipes I have in store for you...

February has passed, and what a wonderful month that was. I was filled with love and good food. I'm so happy that I got to share with you all of the exceptional accomplishments that African American chefs have contributed through the years. Not only for America but for the world.

This new month has brought us even more fun events and food we can celebrate and share. Culinary wise the month of March is considered noodle month. Quite a few of my recipes this month will consist of easy noodle recipes utilizing different noodles from all over the world.

These dishes are inexpensive and delicious.-GTG

This month we will also be celebrating Women's History, National Reading Month, and many more. We have a wonderful holiday coming up. St. Patrick's Day is the most popular holiday of the month.

I don't know about you, but holidays in March always lift me out of the cold weather blues.

Nature is blooming again. If you are a nature lover this month has some awesome days for you as well (I.e. National Plant Flower Day, Agriculture Day & the International Day of Forests)

The Recipe I am sharing with you to kick off the month of March is one of the most used recipes in my home. It is Quick, easy, and healthy. It is my Oven Fried Chicken Recipe.

Enjoy, and let me know in the comment section how it turned out.
