  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional but enhances tartness)

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon citric acid (for coating)


Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together the fruit juice, lemon juice, and sweetener over low heat.

  2. Slowly sprinkle in the gelatin while whisking constantly to avoid clumps.

  3. Continue whisking for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and heated through—but not boiling.

  4. Remove from heat and pour into silicone molds or a small dish lined with parchment paper.

  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
