A recipe that is great for an on the go family...
It feels like January was a month filled with so many activities and events. It was a great way to start 2024. Now that it has, I can't help but be reminded that this year I want us all to be able to work smart and not hard at some things.
Cooking should be one of them. My goal for establishing this blog, besides wanting to meet like-minded individuals, was to teach anyone how to cook and to feel empowered. Food equity is a cause I champion.
Serve them with crisp pickles or potato chips, or serve them over your favorite pasta. -GTG
By now you have all probably noticed my recipes are all cost-effective as well as healthy, which is what food equity is about. I want to continue to do that for you and myself. We deserve to be able to feed our family and friends within our budget and not feel small or ashamed about it.
This recipe is one of my favorites to make, not to mention my family loves it when I make this. It is My ez Sloppy Joe Recipe. When we have all had a long day of work, school, and after-school sporting events. It is called my easy sloppy joe recipe.
