Garlic-Mushroom Salisbury Steak Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (12 oz) Jar savory beef gravy
Cooking Directions
Mix meat, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and egg until blended; shape into 4 (3/4 in.)oval patties.
Cook in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Place in casserole dish side by side. Layer with mushrooms and gravy. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 425F.
Serve over rice.
