Cooking Directions

  1. Mix meat, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and egg until blended; shape into 4 (3/4 in.)oval patties.

  2. Cook in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.

  3. Place in casserole dish side by side. Layer with mushrooms and gravy. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 425F.

  4. Serve over rice.
